Here's what's new in cccone.com 2022.10.14 release.
Note: The availability of features listed below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
Edit Required Fields Settings
Required fields settings are now available for edit on cccone.com. Previously these settings were read-only and had to be edited via the desktop application.
To manage required fields settings:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Search for and select Required Fields
- On the left side of the screen select the category you wish to edit
- On the right side of the screen check the box next to the fields that should be required
- Click Save
Please note that required fields settings are company level settings - they apply to all locations within your organization. Only users with Edit repairer profile permission may edit required field settings.

Convert to Job
Convert to job functionality is now available on cccone.com. Shops without repair workflow features may use the "Convert to job" action to automatically (or manually) assign a job number to the workfile.
To convert a workfile to a job:
- Create a new workfile or open an existing workfile without a job number
- If you made changes to the workfile, Save your changes
- In the Estimate screen, click Convert to Job in the toolbar
Depending on shop location settings, you may be prompted to enter a job number. If not, then the job number is assigned to the workfile automatically.
Note: Only users with Create and edit workfiles permission may convert workfiles to jobs.

Updates to Repair Facility Profile
Repair Facility Profile settings on cccone.com now includes a new landing page allowing users to access location settings, rate profiles, and tax profiles. Shops that have enabled centralized rate and tax management will have access to these settings. Also, additional profile settings will be added to the Repair Facility Profile landing page in the near future.
To access repair facility settings:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Search for and select Repair Facility Profile
- Click the Configure button for the settings you wish to edit
Note: Users with the following permissions may access repair facility settings:
- Edit repair facility profiles - Allows user to edit shop location settings and rate profiles
- Manage taxes at the company level - Allows user to edit tax profiles
- Search and view (read-only) profiles - Allows user to only view repair facility settings, rate profiles, and tax profiles

Updates to Insurance Companies
Insurance Companies settings on cccone.com now includes access to insurance rate profiles. Shops that have enabled centralized rate management will have access to these settings.
To access rates from insurance company settings:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Search for and select Insurance Companies
- Click the Configure button for Insurance rates
After clicking configure you'll be re-directed to Rate Profiles. The rate profiles list is automatically filtered for the insurance company you chose to configure.
Note: Only users with Edit repair facility profiles permission may edit insurance company rate profiles.
