Here's what's new in cccone.com 2022.11.11 release for Repair Facilities.
Note: The availability of the features listed below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
PDR Rate Profiles
Rate profiles for paintless dent repair (PDR) can now be managed on cccone.com. You can add and edit PDR rate profiles for both repair facility locations and insurance companies.
To create and manage PDR rate profiles:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Select PDR Rate Profiles
- To edit an existing rate profile, select the profile from the list and click Edit
- To add a new rate profile, select Add then choose the profile type you want to add
Notes: Only users with Edit repair facility profile permission may edit PDR rate profiles.

Repair Facility Profile "Image Rules"
Image rules settings are now available to edit in the repair facility profile on cccone.com. This setting allows the repair facility location to specify whether or not images are required on the workfile in order to lock an estimate.
To edit this setting:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Click on Repair Facility Profile
- Select the Configure button on Repair Facility settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find Image Rules
Note: Only users with Edit repair facility profile permission may edit the repair facility profile.

Customer Database
You can now access the customer database on cccone.com. You can search for, view, and edit customer records.
To manage customer records:
- Go to the Settings page or click on the blue menu button in the upper left corner of the screen
- Select Customers
- On the Customers page, search by customer last name, company name, or phone number
- Select a customer from results displayed and click Edit
Notes:
- Users with Create, Search, View, Edit, Merge, and Delete customer contacts permission may edit customer records
- Users with Search and View (read-only) customer contacts permission may only view customer records
