There is now the ability to configure the security role for CCC ONE Mobile Technicians. Users can customize access for technicians using the RF Mobile app.

Part Price Change From Electronic PO
CCC ONE will generate a Part Price Change when parts are ordered through Enhanced Checkout. A part price change is generated when part price, description, or type differs from the part line on the estimate. When the part price change is applied, estimate line details are updated with the following: part price, description, type, and vendor.
To access navigate to:
- From workfile search, open a workfile with a part price change.
- Select the "Click here" link in the orange warning bar at the top of the screen.
Invoice Part Price Change Enhancement
Part price changes generated from an invoice now includes updating the part type on the estimate. Previously only price and part number were changed.
To access navigate to:
- From workfile search, open a workfile with a part price change.
- Select the "Click here" link in the orange warning bar at the top of the screen.
Warning Bar Precedence
This update changes workfile warning precedence so that the part price change warning takes precedence over all other workfile warnings.
MyPriceLink Enhancement
Insurance companies can now opt into using state fallback logic when sending the request to get prices from MyPriceLink. When enabled for the carrier, the system uses the following address in the request to get prices:
- Vehicle Owner address.
- If no Vehicle Owner address, then use Inspection Location.
- If no Inspection Location, then use Repair Facility Location.
