Here’s what’s new in Version 22.16 CCC Repair Facility for Android.
Note: The availability of the features listed below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
Technician User Access
Access for technician users is now configurable via Security Roles settings within cccone.com. All technician users will continue to have access to CCC ONE Mobile and the following functionality:
- Search workfiles
- View vehicle information on the workfile
- View and add photos on the workfile
- View and edit tasks
The following features are now customizable and can be enabled or disabled as the repairer company desires:
- View estimate line detail
- View workfile notes
- Create new tasks
- Perform diagnostic scans and view diagnostic reports
- View and edit repair plan details
- View part status
- View work orders
Please note, all technician users will have access to CCC ONE Mobile based on the permissions defined in the CCC ONE Mobile Technician security role.To edit this security role:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Select Security Roles
- Select the security role called CCC ONE Mobile Technician and click Edit
- Check or uncheck available permissions, then click Save
