CCC ONE Repair Facilities release 2023.01.27

Here’s what’s new in CCC ONE Repair Facilities release 2023.01.27.  

Note: The availability of the features listed below may vary based on the products licensed by your company. 

Profile Rates Report (UPDATED)

The System Admin report called Profile Rates Report has been updated to include detail values for Other Charges. The report structure and layout remains the same.  Additional information for Other Charges is now available in the following columns:

• Rate Type - Now lists "Misc" for Other Charges
• Rate Category - Now lists the Other Charges description
• Rate Amount - Now lists the Other Charge rate dollar amount

To access this feature:

1. Click the Reports menu, then select Find Report
2. Select System Admin in the Reports dropdown
3. Under System Reports, click on Profile Rates Report
4. Select desired filters and click Apply

Notes:

• This update is available in all versions of CCC ONE Estimating for Repair Facilities as of 1/27/2023
• Only users with System Admin - View System Admin Reports permission have access to the report

Profile Rules Thresholds Report (NEW)

There is a new System Admin report called Profile Rules Thresholds Report.  This report provides repair facility profile and claim office profile settings detail for paint materials and refinish thresholds.

To access this feature:

1. Click the Reports menu, then select Find Report
2. Select System Admin in the Reports dropdown
3. Under System Reports, click on Profile Rules Thresholds Report
4. Select desired filters and click Apply

Notes:

• This update is available in all versions of CCC ONE Estimating for Repair Facilities as of 1/27/2023
• Only users with System Admin - View System Admin Reports permission have access to the report

Profile TL Thresholds Report (NEW)
