Here's what's new in cccone.com 2023.04.14 release for Repair Facilities.
Note: The availability of the features listed below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
Close and Reopen Workfiles
- Open a workfile on cccone.com (make sure status is not already closed)
- Select the menu button in the lower left corner of the screen
- When the workfile backstage is displayed, select Actions on the left side of the screen
- Click Close workfile (Figure 1)
- Resolve any open tasks if displayed (Figure 2), then click Next
- Click Approve to confirm and complete the close action (Figure 3)
- Search for and select a closed workfile in the workfile search screen
- Click Edit to open the workfile
- Select the menu button in the lower left corner of the screen
- When the workfile backstage is displayed, select Actions on the left side of the screen
- Click Reopen (Figure 5)
Note: This functionality is not yet available to shops enabled with Repair Order Management features.

Delete Workfiles
Users with the Delete workfiles security permission can now delete select records from the workfiles view in cccone.com. The following records may be deleted:
- Manually created workfiles with or without a locked estimate
- Assignment workfiles where an estimate has not yet been sent to the insurance company
- "New Assignment" records
- "Copied Workfile" records
To delete a record from the workfiles view:
- Search for and select an item in the workfiles view
- Click the Delete button displayed on the left-hand side of the selected row
- Click Delete in the confirmation prompt
Open and Save Copied Workfiles
The ability to open and save copied workfiles is now available on cccone.com. Only users with the Create and edit workfiles permission can open and save changes to copied workfiles.
To open a workfile copy in cccone.com:
- Navigate to the Workfiles page
- Open a workfile that says Copied Workfile in the updates column
- Make changes and save

Login, Identity Management, and SSO
- Launch cccone.com
- Click Login
- Enter your Username
- Check the box "Remember me" if you want the system to remember your Username
- Click Next, then enter your Password
- Click Sign In
