Added Support for SSO Login
To support enhancements to login, identity management, and SSO we've made a few updates to CCC ONE user account management.
Email Required for User Accounts
An email address is now required when creating user accounts in CCC ONE. This ensures that users will be able to reset their password when choosing the "forgot password" option at login. If the employee has an active user account but no email address, you'll be prompted to enter an email address in order to save changes to the employee.

User IDs with Reserved Domains
When creating a new user account the user ID will be validated for use of reserved domain. The system will not allow a you to enter a user ID that ends with the domain of an organization to which you do not belong. If the ID ends in a reserved domain, a prompt is displayed with instruction to edit the user ID.
