Here's what's new in cccone.com 2023.06.09 release for Repair Facilities.
Note: The availability of the features listed below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
Merge Assignments
The ability to merge an assignment with manually created workfiles is now available on cccone.com to shops without repair order management features. When merging a manual workfile with an assignment, all of the vehicle information and estimate lines from the manual workfile are merged into the assignment. Once merged, the estimate, photos, and events will be communicated to the insurance company same as any other assignment file.
To merge a workfile with an assignment in cccone.com:
1. Navigate to the Workfiles search page
2. Click on the new Merge button
3. Search for a manually created workfile to merge
4. On the Merge workfile screen, click Approve
5. If attachments exist on the manual workfile, select images to share with insurance then click OK
Notes:
- When merging workfiles, the assignment file cannot have any estimate lines
- All vehicle information and estimate detail is retained from the manual workfile selected for merge
- Only users with the following security permission may merge workfiles: Create and edit workfiles
- Merge functionality is not yet available to shops with Repair Order Management

Diagnostic Procedures
Shops enabled with CCC Diagnostics now have the ability to add more than one pre-repair and post-repair scan line to diagnostic procedures. This allows shops to split pre- and post- scan charges into separate lines with different operations.
To access this feature:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Click Diagnostic Procedures
- Select a procedure to edit or create a new one
- Click Add on the Diagnostic Operations section
- Add your Pre-repair scan and Post-repair scan items as needed and Save
Notes:
- This feature is only available to shops with CCC Diagnostics
- To add multiple pre- and post- scan lines, each scan in the procedure must be configured with a different operation (None, Repair, or Sublet)
- Only users with the following security permission may edit Diagnostic Procedures: Diagnostics - Manage diagnostic procedures and regions
- While configuration will support multiple pre- and post- scan items, the ability to add multiple scans to the estimate via the Diagnostics screen will be available in the desktop application version 37
