Here's what's new in Version 23.2 CCC Repair Facility for iPhone.

SSO Login
Users will soon be able to access CCC Estimating apps using their organization's credentials,
eliminating the need for multiple logins and passwords. This integration provides enhanced
security features and robust integration capabilities, including the ability to manage user
and device access through customer Identity Providers (IdP). By streamlining the login
process and providing a more secure access control mechanism, aim to provide an
improved user experience.
The new login process provides an intuitive , modern and user-friendly interface for users to
sign in. Users can also benefit from additional security features that may be available
through their organization's identity provider. These updates allow for seamless
integration with customer Identity Providers (IdP), enabling better management of user and
device access.
To access this feature:
- Open the CCC Repair Facility app and tap Log In
- Select Continue when sign in prompt displayed
- Enter user name and password in the web page displayed
- Once authenticated, enter your PIN
- After entering your PIN the app home screen is displayed
Note:
cccis.com is a CCC owned website. There is no additional user information shared as part of the new login experience. The mobile application is passing user login information to the authentication provider to verify proper credentials. This is a modern, secure experience common in many applications in the mobile app stores.

Manage Vehicle Options in the Workfile
Users can now add and edit vehicle options in the workfile. A new Options tab has been
added next to the Vehicle tab.
The Options screen displays all vehicle options associated with the vehicle on the workfile.
The screen includes filtered views as well – Selected, Standard, and Available.
Users can select or unselect options in any of the filtered views. Updates to option
selections are saved when the user exits the workfile.
To access this feature:
- Create a new workfile using VIN scan or open an existing workfile with a vehicle
- When the workfile loads, tap the Options tab
- Review and edit options as needed
Notes:
- Vehicle options are available only for workfiles with a standard vehicle
- Only standard mobile users can edit vehicle options (i.e., technician users cannot edit
options)
