Here's what's new in CCC ONE Estimating for Repair Facilities release 42.0.0.2190
Note: The availability of the features listed below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
Backordered Parts
You can now set an item as backordered without entering an Expected Delivery Date. Validation requiring the Expected Delivery Date has been removed.
To access this feature:
- Open a repair order workfile with parts to order
- Select the Parts tab, then select By RO Lines
- Select a part in the list
- Select Set Backorder

Notes:
- Set backorder functionality is only available to shops licensed with Repair Workflow Parts Management features
- Workfile must be a repair order to access the Parts screen within the workfile
Diagnostic Procedures
Shops licensed with CCC Diagnostics will see improvements to the diagnostic procedures screen accessed from the workfile.
- The screen is now larger and resizable
- Select columns within the screen can be resized
- Scan provider name will be visible on diagnostic recommendations
To resize the Review Diagnostic Procedures screen:
- Open a workfile with a standard vehicle, then click Diagnostics
- Drag the corners of the Review Diagnostic Procedures screen to adjust size
- Drag the the edge of the Procedures column or Description column to adjust column width
Size adjustments made to the procedures screen are remembered. The next time the Diagnostics button is clicked, screen size and column widths are remembered from the last time the procedures screen was displayed.
To find scan provider for a diagnostic recommendation:
- Look for the rows with the purple pulse icon displayed next to Scan Type
- View the scan provider name in the Procedure column

Notes:
- Diagnostic features are only available to shops licensed with CCC Diagnostics
- Diagnostic recommendations are contingent on scan provider participation - some scan providers may not support recommendations
Instant Repair Cost Prediction Report
The Instant Repair Cost Prediction report includes a new filter called "Repair Cost Prediction Outcome." Options available in the new filter include:
- All
- None
- Photo Estimate
- Book Appointment
Results displayed when selecting filter options as follows:
All | Displays all workfiles that had a Repair Cost Prediction shown to the customer |
None | Displays workfiles where the customer took no additional action after receiving the Repair Cost Prediction |
Photo Estimate | Displays workfiles where the customer chose to get an online estimate from the shop after receiving the Repair Cost Prediction |
Book Appointment | Displays workfiles where the customer chose to book an appointment after receiving the Repair Cost Prediction |
To access the Instant Repair Cost Prediction report:
- Log into the desktop application
- Select the Reports menu, then select Find Report
- Under System Reports, select Instant Repair Cost Prediction
