Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2024.02.16 for Repair Facilities.

Parts Dashboard
The Parts Dashboard is now available in cccone.com as a read only view. Users with permission to view the Parts Dashboard will find a new item in the main menu.
To access the Parts Dashboard:
- Log into cccone.com
- Select the menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
- Click the Parts category, then select Parts Dashboard
As with all items in the main menu, you can set the Parts Dashboard as a favorite item for easier access.

When viewing the Parts Dashboard on cccone.com, the following exception queues are available:
Not ordered | Includes repair orders with at least one replacement part remaining to order. |
On backorder | Includes parts with a set backorder. The part may or may not have a corresponding purchase order. |
Failed orders | Includes parts from electronic vendors that failed to order. |
Not received | Includes repair orders with at least one part remaining to be received. |
Draft invoices | Includes invoices with draft status. |
Pending credit | Includes credit memos waiting to be acknowledged. |
Part changes | Includes parts with changes to part number, description, and/or price that may be applied to the estimate. |
At this time, a limited number of actions may be performed from the Parts Dashboard views:
- You can open workfile detail for any item listed where the repair order number is displayed - just click on the repair order number to view
- Checkout is available in both Not ordered and Failed orders views

Notes:
- The Parts Dashboard is only available to shops licensed with Repair Workflow Parts Management features
- The following security permission is required to access the Parts Dashboard: Parts - Manage all aspects of parts procurement from a single dashboard
- Ability to perform other actions within the exception queues will be made available in future releases
