If you are receiving an error message No Connection to Internet when attempting to download through CCC Update Manager, follow steps below to resolve:
- Confirm accessibility to internet
- If you are unable to access any sites, please contact your internet provider
- Verify that TLS 1.0 is enabled.
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Tools>Internet options>Advanced>Use TLS 1.0
- Click OK
