Unable to Save or Lock an Estimate / Supplement - Error Occurred while Persisting Estimate Data

If you are unable to save and/or lock a CCC Estimating  estimate / supplement due to the following error:

Workfile Detail Tabs Available: Contacts, Insurance, Inspection, Statements, Vehicle, Estimate, Rates, Attachments, Settlements, Total Loss, Notes, Events, Forms

1. Verify each tab in the workfile contains all the necessary information such as:
   • Repair Facility business phone number
   • Inspection information
   • Vehicle owner information.
2. Click on each tab, enter all necessary information and Save after each tab.

If this does not resolve the issue, please contact CCC Technical Support.
