If you are unable to print, enter text or place a checkmark in a checkbox field because a button or field appears to be missing, this is caused by a DPI screen setting that is set too high.
To correct this issue you will need to set the DPI to Normal size (96 DPI).
Windows 10: Set CCC Estimating to ignore High DPI Scaling settings.
- Right click on ccconelauncher.exe located in C:\ProgramData\CCCIS\CCCONE
- Select Properties in the Right Click menu.
- Navigate to the Compatibility tab in Properties.
- Click the button labeled "Change high DPI settings"
- Check the box that reads "Override high DPI scaling"
- Select "System" from the dropdown box.
- Apply settings and close Properties screen, then test CCC Estimating to confirm functionality for printing and fields.
- If any other CCC Estimating screen option is affected reset these changes back default.
