CCC offers a consumer (vehicle owner) accessible website (Carwise.com) to provide an interface for consumers to locate a nearby CCC Estimating Repair Facility (RF), schedule an appointment, and check on the status of a repair in progress.
The three components of the Carwise.com website are:
Carwise Shop Finder:
This is the Public CCC Estimating shop listing with hours, address, contact information, and reviews pulled from UpdatePlus CSI survey results. All existing CCC Estimating shops are listed by default in the Carwise Shop Finder website. If you are a new CCC Estimating shop, you must configure and activate your listing within CCC Estimating. All shops can configure or opt-out of the listing on Carwise.com from your CCC Estimating RF Profile (see screenshot below). Changes may take up to 24 hours to populate on the Carwise website.
NOTE: By default, the banner image attached in the Carwise configuration will be used as the first picture in your shop profile on Carwise.com. You may update the header image at any time.
Carwise Scheduler:
Once consumers have located your shop, they can opt to schedule an appointment using the Book Appointment button, if you have activated and configured this function in CCC Estimating. These appointments will appear directly on your CCC Estimating Calendar dashboard. Configuration of the Appointments functionality in CCC Estimating is covered in detail in Carwise.com Appointment Scheduling/Setup
Carwise Repair Status:
Allows vehicle owners to retrieve key repair milestone updates on Carwise.com. Depending on the features you subscribe to and configure in CCC Estimating, your customers can receive updates via the website, text and email. Allow up to 30 minutes for the repair and/or events to populate on the Carwise.com. NOTE: This feature works for either walk-in or insurance files (no claim number required).
More information can be found in CSI / Repair Status Setup and Usage
