Unable to Log Into CCC Estimating - Error - This Application Requires a Minimum Screen Size of 1024x768

If you are unable to log into CCC Estimating due to the error: Insufficient Screen Size: this application requires a minimum screen size of 1024x768, follow the steps to resolve the issue.

Note: CCC Estimating requires a Display Monitor resolution of 1027 x 768 or better.

Windows 10 

1. Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings.
2. In the Resolution droplist, verify that the resolution above 1024 x 768.
3. Adjust the resolution to a comfortable reading level above 1024 x 768.
4. If you are prompted to Keep or Revert, select Keep.
5. Log into CCC Estimating.
