If you are unable to download updates from the CCC Update Manager tool due to the error noted below, it is likely due to Proxy issues.
No connection to the Internet - Exception -2147209475: Wininet Error
Verify your proxy settings are correct, see How to Configure Proxy Settings
This can also be caused by a corrupt install of CCC Update Manager, to resolve, reinstall CCC Update Manager.
- Uninstall CCC Update Manager (UM) from Add/Remove Programs.
- Reinstall Update Manager (UM)
- Verify you are now able to download via CCC Update Manager.
