If you are unable to log into the CCC application on your phone and receive the error message "Session expired. Please login again", follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Update CCC Mobile App Version
- Remove the application from the phone.
- Open the iTunes store (Apple) or Play Store (Android), depending on your device, and locate the CCC Repair Facility app.
- Install the application, this will ensure you have the newest up to date version.
- Open the application and attempt to log in.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try resetting your password.
- Click on the application to access the Login screen
- Click on the PIN Reset option.
- Enter your current CCC Estimating username and password.
- Create a Pin.
- Attempt to log in.
