If you are unable to log into the CCC application on your phone and receive the error message: Session expired. Please login again, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Update CCC Mobile App Version
- Remove the application from the phone.
- Open the iTunes store (Apple) or Play Store (Android), depending on your device, and locate the CCC Repair Facility app.
- Install the application, this will ensure you have the newest up to date version.
- Open the application and attempt to log in.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try resetting your password.
- Click on the application to access the Login screen
- Click on the PIN Reset option.
- Enter your current CCC Estimating username and password.
- Create a Pin.
- Attempt to log in.
