If you are not receiving email notifications for the following:
- New user access
- Password resets
Your Email application may have move the email to your spam / junk folder.
To avoid this problem:
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to the email address book under the name DO NOT USE (so you do not attempt to send emails to the address).
- You may need to have your own IT Support add carwise.com and IP address range 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124 to your safe/trusted senders list in both the mail server and email client program.
- If you use Apple iCloud and are not receiving UpdatePlus or CCC Estimating emails it may be due to Apple silently filtering them as spam. Refer to this article for details: http://www.macworld.com/article/2029570/silent-email-filtering-makes-icloud-an-unreliable-option.html. You may need to open a ticket with Apple's AppleCare.
