If you are not receiving email notifications for the following:
- New user access
- Password resets
Your E-Mail application may have been moved to your e-mail spam / junk folder.
To avoid this problem:
- Add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to the e-mail address book under the name DO NOT USE (so you do not attempt to send emails to the address).
- You may need to have your own IT Support add updatepromise.com and IP address 18.104.22.168 to your safe/trusted senders list in both the mail server and e-mail client program.
- If you use Apple iCloud and are not receiving UpdatePromise or CCC Estimating E-mails it may be due to Apple silently filtering them as spam.
