How to Apply an Appearance Allowance

To add an estimate adjustment

1. Open the workfile.
2. Select the Estimate tab, and then select the Edit tab.
3. Select Estimate Properties from the ribbon bar. The Estimate Properties sheet opens.
4. Select the Adjustment tab, and then enter the appearance allowance amount or related prior damage amount in the appropriate fields.
5. Click OK.
6. Click Save or Save and Close.
