Below are instructions to reset and/or unlock your CCC Workflow (Portal) password. If you are receiving System has encountered error. Page Expired. Contact system administrator, see Unable to Open Claim Folder - System Has Encountered Error. Page Expired

The CCC Workflow Portal web page (www.mycccportal.com) allows you to log in to the CCC Portal using your User Id and Password. You can also use this screen to reset your password when needed. You would typically need to reset your password in the following situations.
- You have forgotten your password.
- You have mistyped your password three times and now your account is locked.
- You have not changed your password in the past 90 days. Your password will be expired.
- You have not logged into the CCC Workflow Portal for more than 90 days. Your account will be locked.
If you need to reset your password, please enter your User ID and then click the Forgot Password? link. CCC will send an e-mail to your registered e-mail address with instructions on how to reset your password.
An email is forwarded to the registered mailbox for this user account. If you do not receive an email please verify that the User ID is correct and the email was not sent to a Spam folder in your email application.
If you do not receive the email please contact TSEmailSupport@cccis.com to have your email address verified and your password reset.

You will receive an email similar to the following example:
"You have requested to have your CCC Portal password reset. To reset your password and access your account, follow the steps below
You must complete this process within 24 hours of your initial request or the link provided below will no longer be valid. You will be able to use the link in this email only once.
1. Click the link below. Or, copy the link and manually paste it into your browser and hit Enter. https://www.mycccportal.com/sr/passwordreset/PasswordReset.do?hdn_button=resetPassword&token=abcdefg
2. You will be taken to the CCC Portal Login page, which provides you with a single-use temporary password. Take note of your temporary password before you proceed!
3. Click on the word Log In. Or, enter www.mycccportal.com into your browser
4. One CCC Portal Login page, type in your User ID and single-use temporary password. Click Login.
5. You will be asked to change your password. Type a password of your choosing in the New Password field. Retype the same password in the Re-type Password field. The fields are case-sensitive.
6. Click the Log In button. You will be taken to your CCC Portal Home Page."
If you need to change your password or unlock your User ID again, repeat the password reset process. If you did not initiate this request, please contact CCC Technical Support and report that you did not make this request. Send an email to TSEmailSupport@cccis.com
Once you receive the password reset email, follow the instructions by clicking on the link or copying & pasting the link into your browser.
Take note of the single-use temporary password generated on the screen, you will be prompted to enter it in the login screen.

From the CCC Workflow Portal login page, enter your User ID and single-use temporary password and click Log in.
You will be prompted to change your password. Re-Type the Single-Use Temporary Password you just used in the Current Password* field.
Type a password in the New Password field. The new password must meet the following requirements:
Retype the same password in the Re-type Password field. The fields are case-sensitive. Click the Log In button. You will be taken to your CCC Portal Home Page.
Type a password in the New Password field. The new password must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 8 characters.
- At least one upper-case letter.
- At least one lower-case letter.
- At least one number.
- No spaces.
- NO special characters.
Retype the same password in the Re-type Password field. The fields are case-sensitive. Click the Log In button. You will be taken to your CCC Portal Home Page.
If your account is locked, the CCC Workflow Portal page will display an error message: Your account is currently locked. Unlock account?
Click the Unlock link to start the unlock account and reset the password process.
