How to include labor hours on an Estimate and Work Order Report
Note: Those licensed for Repair Workflow will not see the Work Order Report option.
- Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
- Select the profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Click the Print Settings link.
- Select the Include Labor Hours on the Estimate Report checkbox. A checkmark indicates the option is enabled.
- Estimating Only users will need to additionally select the Use Estimate Hours for Assigned Hours on the Work Order Report checkbox.
- Click Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
- NOTE: Making this change in the Profiles will only affect future estimate. To include the Labor Hours on the Estimate Report for an existing estimate or supplement Click on Estimate Properties from within the Estimate Tab of the Workfile and Check the box next to Include Labor Hours on he Estimate Report.
