How to Sort Estimate Lines (Estimate Sequence)

Using the Estimate Options in the Repair Facility Profile, you can set the default estimate sequence to the following:

• None (default) - Puts the estimate lines in the order they are entered.
• Front to Back - Arranges parts by their location on the vehicle from front to back.
• Back to Front - Arranges parts by their location on the vehicle from back to front.

It is important to note that changing the Estimate Sequence will only affect new workfiles, the change is not retroactive.

How to Set the Estimate Sequence using the Estimate Options in the Repair Facility Profile

1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select the profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Estimating Options link.
4. Select the Default Estimate Sequence setting you want to use.
5. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
