Review and Apply Recommendations
CCC ONE repair facilities utilizing the Central Review API have the ability to provide estimators with Quality Recommendations prior to locking the estimate. Previously, these recommendations were presented to the estimator as read-only. Now, the estimator has the ability to view and apply these recommendations without locking the estimate. The estimator can then lock the estimate again after applying desired recommendations.
To access this Feature:
- Write an estimate, then select Lock
- View Quality Recommendations returned
- If needed, check or uncheck items you want applied to the estimate
- Review any Internal Review Notes returned to determine if other updates to the workfile are required
- Select Apply & Edit
Selected items are applied to the estimate automatically. The estimate remains in a preliminary state so further updates can be made. If needed, go to the Notes tab to view the Internal Review Notes again. When finished making all necessary updates, lock the estimate again.
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to utilize the Central Review API: Central Review
- Back-end activation of the following feature is required: Enable Central Review API
- The Apply & Edit action will apply selected items to the estimate without locking the estimate
- The Apply & Lock action will apply selected items to the estimate, then attempt to lock the estimate
- If the estimate triggers Central Review, estimate lock is cancelled and the workfile is routed for review to the appropriate Central Review worklist

- Added column for Sub-category
