Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2025.08.01 for Repair Facilities.

Workfile Search
The Workfiles screen in cccone.com has been updated to incorporate end-user feedback. The updated view utilizes more of the screen so you can view more information at once. The updated user experience allows users to efficiently manage, customize, and preview workfiles.
Key features include:
- Modern dashboard layout - The tabbed view of the Workfiles screen now includes a left navigation bar with buttons for Workfiles, Archived Workfiles, and Messages (coming soon!)
- Enhanced toolbar controls - The toolbar includes keyword search, advanced filtering, column configuration, row height adjustment, and a toggle for the workfile preview panel
- User preferences remembered - Settings for row height, filters, columns, and preview panel visibility are remembered for the user when returning to the Workfiles screen
- Sort by column - Click the column header to sort results in ascending or descending order
To access the Workfiles screen:
- Log into cccone.com, then open the main menu in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
- Select the new Workfiles category
- Click Workfiles
Tip! Set the Workfiles menu option as a favorite for easier access in the future.
To customize columns:
- Click the settings icon in the toolbar in the upper right-hand side of the screen
- Review the columns listed in the Columns panel
- To change the display order, use the grip control on the left side of the column name to move a column up or down in the list
- To remove a column click the X button on the right side of the column name
- To add other columns click the Add column button
- When updates are complete, click the Apply button
Want to view more information for the selected workfile? Simply click the Workfile Preview button in the toolbar in the upper right-hand side of the screen. Within the preview panel you have access to the following information:
Repair Order Summary - This includes workfile priority, owner name, assigned estimator, the total estimate amount, vehicle details, insurance information, and rental detail
Repair Plan Summary - This includes the vehicle milestone dates and, for Repair Workflow shops, repair plan phases
Workfile Notes - This includes general notes and customer communications. Users with appropriate permission can add new notes to the workfile from this panel.
The preview panel remains in view until manually closed by clicking the X button in the upper right-hand corner of the panel. As you select other rows within search results, the preview panel will refresh to display details for the selected workfile.
Notes:
- User must have one of the following security permissions to access the Workfiles screen: Search and view (read-only) workfiles or Create and edit workfiles
- Tabbed views in the prior version of the Workfiles screen have been moved to Filters as Workfile Type
- The Archived Workfiles view is only available to shops without Repair Workflow
- Filters and columns are customizable in both Workfiles and Archived Workfiles views
- The workfile preview panel is only available in the Workfiles view. There is no preview panel for the Archived Workfiles view.
- All actions - such as, importing workfiles, sending the photo estimate link, and creating new workfiles - remain accessible in the main toolbar as before
- All workfile actions - such as, view, edit, merge, etc. - remain accessible in the selected row toolbar as before
OEM Network Dashboard
Shops with data sharing connections to an OEM Scorecard provider now have access to the OEM Network dashboard on cccone.com.
To access this feature:
- Log into cccone.com
- Select the main menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
- Select Performance
- Select OEM Network
When launching the dashboard, a new browser tab or window is opened. Dashboard details are displayed when the screen finishes loading.
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to access the OEM Network dashboard: Manage program invites
System Reports: Secure Share Activity
The following system report is now available to run on cccone.com: Secure Share Activity
The Secure Share Activity report is an existing report that can be run in the desktop application. This report is now available on cccone.com. The report provides a history of data sharing events with Secure Share apps. When running the report you can filter detail by a specified date range and by shop location. Data within the report is grouped by workfile by default.
To access this feature:
- Login to cccone.com
- Select the main menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
- Select Performance, then System Reports
- Select Secure Share Activity
Notes:
- The Secure Share Activity report is classified under the following category: System Admin
- User must have the following security permission to access the report: View system admin reports
- If the report was saved as a personal or shared report in the desktop application, the personal or shared report is also available to run from cccone.com
- Coming Soon! The ability to save personal and shared reports from cccone.com
Settings: Workfile Cancel Reasons
Shops with Repair Workflow now have access to configure Workfile Cancel Reason settings on cccone.com. Shops can create new reasons, activate and deactivate existing reasons, and customize the display order in which cancel reasons appear.
To access this feature:
- Log into cccone.com
- Select the main menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
- Select Settings
- On the settings screen, select Workfile
- Click Configure on the Cancel reasons card
Active workfile cancel reasons are available to select on the workfile when a workfile is cancelled. A cancel reason must be selected to complete the cancel action. Both opportunities and repair orders may be cancelled.
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to access this feature: Repair Order Management
- Users with the following security permission may edit workfile cancel reasons: Edit Repairer
- Users with the following security permission may view workfile cancel reasons: Search and view (read-only) profiles
