Diagnostics: "Level" in line description
When adding scan provider recommendations to the estimate, "level" detail is now included in the estimate line description.
To access this feature:
- Open a workfile with a standard vehicle
- At the top of the screen, click the Diagnostics button
- In the Review Diagnostic Procedures screen, select one or more scan provider recommendations
- Click OK
Notes:
- Shop must have one of the following licensed products to access scan provider recommendations:
- CCC Diagnostics Workflow
- Calibration Guidelines
- Each time the Diagnostics button is selected on the workfile, scan provider recommendations may appear
- Scan recommendations are contingent upon provider participation - some providers may not support sending recommendations
Clearent: Updated transaction data
CCC ONE now provides line item transaction details at the time of a credit card transaction for shops using the Clearent integration. This allows for a more detailed flow of transactional information to the credit card issuer, thus giving the shop a stronger position toward qualifying for a lower interchange rate.
To process a payment with Clearent:
- Open a repair order workfile
- Go to the Receipts screen
- Select New Receipt
- Enter required information, then click Pay Now
Notes:
- To process payments through CCC ONE, the shop must first register Clearent devices on cccone.com under Settings > Payment Devices
- This is a back-end change only with no visible change to the end-user experience
- All shops using R54 or later will automatically pass additional transaction details to Clearent
