Pay Workflow: Support for CCC Payroll
Shops with both CCC Payroll and Pay Workflow now have access to pay sheets in the current open pay period while payroll for the last pay period is still processing. As soon as the new pay period is opened, employees can access the worksheet or paysheet. This allows employees to monitor expected pay in the current pay period and initiate pay requests as needed.
To access this feature:
- Log into CCC ONE Mobile for Repair Facilities
- Select My Pay on the home screen
- Select View Worksheet or View Paysheet
Notes:
- The My Pay screen is available to employees using CCC ONE Mobile when the following licensed features are enabled:
- CCC Payroll
- CCC Pay Workflow
- CCC Payroll + CCC Pay Workflow
- The employee's ability to view the worksheet vs. paysheet is controlled by the following security permission: View pending paysheet detail in Mobile
- Once the paysheet is marked Approved, the employee can view paysheet detail regardless of the pending paysheet security permission
