Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2025.09.17 for Repair Facilities.

System Reports
Save & Share Reports
Shops can now save system reports on cccone.com, either as personal reports or shared reports.
Creating a personal or shared report:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Select the menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
- Select Performance, then select Reports
- Select a System Report
- Run a system report and apply any filters or column changes
- Select the menu button in the lower left-hand corner of the screen
- Select Save > Personal report or Share > Share report
- Confirm report settings, then select Save
Notes
- Duplicate report names are not allowed
- Personal reports will appear under My Personal Reports
- Shared reports will appear under Shared Reports
- User must have the following security permission to access personal reports: Reports & KPI - Personal Reports
- User must have the following security permission to access shared reports: Reports & KPI - Shared Reports
- Personal reports are private, while shared reports are visible shop-wide
Strategic Parts Programs
Prompt to Configure CCC Pay
When activating Strategic Parts Programs, CCC ONE will verify that payment settings have been configured in Digital Wallet. If locations have not yet been configured, a prompt will be displayed to notify user that they need to configure Digital Wallet before the program can be activated.
To enable Strategic Parts Programs:
- Navigate to Settings on cccone.com
- Click on Parts Management settings tile
- Click Configure on the Strategic parts program card
- Accept Terms of Use
- Select a program from the list of available programs, then click Enable

- User must have the following security permission to enable and edit Strategic Parts Programs: Edit repairer profile
