Pay Workflow
Auto-pay Flagged Labor

To set auto-pay flagged labor hours to enabled on a pay period:
- Select the menu button in the upper left-hand corner on cccone.com
- Select Payroll, then Pay Periods
- Select the current pending pay period, click Edit
- On the Pay Period header on the upper right-hand corner, toggle Auto-pay flagged labor
When enabled, paysheets will automatically stay in sync with flagged labor as assignments and repair plan phases are completed.
Notes:

- Users can change this setting only on a pending pay period
- Auto-pay flagged labor settings persists to the next pay period - in other words, the user does not need to enable the setting every pay period

Flagged Parts from Scan Invoice

When a part is flagged on the mobile scan, the part will display a flag icon on the invoice screen in cccone.com.

- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Under the Backstage menu, open an Invoice
- Edit or view the Invoice screen
- View flagged parts and flagged reasons will appear under a tooltip
Notes:

- Only standard mobile users with the following permission will have access to scan invoices in the mobile app: Create, search, view, and edit invoices
- A flag reason must be selected on the scanned invoice via the Mobile app for an indicator to appear on the invoice in cccone.com
- When scanning invoices via Mobile, confirmation of parts received is only available for the shop's electronically enabled vendors
Communication Hub
Co-worker Messages (P2P)
Recently we released the Communication Hub on cccone.com. This is a messages dashboard that provides access to customer messages. Now this dashboard also supports messages between co-workers. Users can now send and receive person-to-person and group messages on cccone.com.
To create a new Co-worker Message:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com, select Messages
- Click New message, then select Co-worker
- Search and select one or more co-workers in the Select Co-workers screen
- Type a message in the chat window, then click Send
New co-worker messages received will display in the message list on the left side of the Messages dashboard. Unread messages are highlighted in bold and will appear at the top of the list. Use filters and grouping to narrow down results displayed in your Messages view.
When viewing co-worker messages received, conversation detail is displayed on the right side of the screen.
When finished viewing the message, it may be removed from the Messages list.
To delete a co-worker conversation:
- Select a co-worker message from the list
- When conversation detail is displayed, select the Delete conversation link in the upper right corner of the screen
Notes:
- Co-worker message functionality is available to all CCC ONE standard users - no additional permissions are required
- Co-worker messages can be sent from both the Messages dashboard and the Workfiles search page via the New Message action
- Only employees at the same login location can message each other
- Co-worker messages cannot be sent to CCC ONE Technician users at this time
- Reply function is not available when sending messages to a group of co-workers
Workfiles
Manual Part Code Lines
When entering Description while adding a manual line to the estimate, a part code menu is displayed. The menu show the top 5 part codes based on part code configuration for the shop location. As the user types either the code or description associated with a part code, the menu will filter results matching the value entered. When an insurance company is specified on the workfile, part code menu results returned will include insurance configured part codes if they exist. To more easily identify insurance part codes from the shop's standard codes, an insurance indicator is now displayed in the menu to the right of the part code description.
To view this change:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Under the Estimate tab add a manual line
- Click on the Description field, view Part Codes
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to edit the estimate on a workfile: Create and edit workfiles
- When an insurance company is specified on the workfile, insurance configured part codes will display first within the menu
