Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2025.11.07 for Repair Facilities.

Workfile
Photos & Attachments
Users can now upload multiple photos and attachments to a workfile on cccone.com. Previously, users were restricted to attaching only one image at a time, and file uploads were not allowed.
Additionally, we have introduced a right-click menu for photos and attachments. This new menu allows users to open a photo in a new tab or window, view attachment details, mark a photo as primary, and share it with insurance or customers.
To add multiple photos or attachments to a workfile, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Click the Photos tab
- On the Photo tab header, click + Add photo or scroll down to the Additional Photos and Other Attachments cards
- Click + button
To view the right-click menu, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Click the Photos tab
- On a Photo or Attachment, right-click
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to add photos and attachments to a workfile:
Create and edit workfiles - Right-click menu will appear anywhere in the workfile where photos and attachments are accessible
- VIN and Odometer photos cannot be set as primary photos
Print Workfile Reports
The workfile Print menu on cccone.com now enables users to select and generate multiple reports simultaneously. This improvement streamlines workflows by allowing a user to print multiple reports in one step, eliminating the need to repeat the printing process for each individual document.
To print multiple workfile reports, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Open the desired workfile
- Select the workfile menu in the upper left corner of the screen, then select Print
- Click on each report you want to print
- Click OK
Notes
- Users must have one of the following permissions to print workfile reports: Workfiles - Create and edit workfiles or Search and view (read-only) workfiles
- There is no limit on the number of reports that can be printed
- No change was made to the workfile Send menu - report selection from this menu remains limited to 3 reports
Estimating
Part Database Enhancements
We have updated the parts database on cccone.com based on usability feedback. These updates include:
- Showing more operations for a part when website is displayed full screen
- Introducing a right-click operations menu for parts
- Making headnotes accessible at the group level
To view operation changes, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Click the Estimate tab
- Select a part in the part database to view available operations
- Right-click the part, and a menu of relevant operations will appear
To view group level headnotes, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Click the Estimate tab
- In the part database, select a group (i.e., Hood)
- On the lower left-hand side, click on H-NOTES
Notes
- Users must have one of the following permissions to edit workfiles:
Workfiles - Create and edit workfiles - Operation buttons visible on the selected component are impacted by the size of the window - as the window gets wider, more buttons are visible
- In the right-click menu, we have introduced two new options: Replace (Mechanical) and Replace (Structural)
- Any operations that do not apply to a part will be hidden in both the inline operations and the right-click menu
Paintless Dent Repair
Shops can now open workfiles that include multiple PDR dent sizes on cccone.com and add multiple dents to an estimate. Previously, shops could only include one dent size per line and we would block any workfiles with multiple dent sizes from opening on cccone.com.
To add multiple PDR dent sizes to an estimate, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Click the Estimate tab
- Add a PDR estimate line
- Select one or multiple dent sizes, then enter number of dents
- Click Ok
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to add PDR estimate lines:
Create and edit workfiles - Shop's ability to add PDR with multiple dent sizes is controlled by Estimating Options settings
Edit Tax Rates
Shops now have the ability to edit tax rates directly on a workfile in cccone.com. Any changes made to the tax rates will only apply to the specific edited workfile.
To edit taxes on a workfile:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Search for and select a workfile, then click Edit
- Click the Rates tab
- Click Taxes
- Select Edit or click one of the available buttons to add a new tax category
- Make changes as desired, then click OK
- Save and close the workfile to save your updates to tax rates
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to edit workfiles:
Create and edit workfiles - When a workfile is first created, tax rates applied to the estimate are sourced from Tax Profiles settings
- Updates to tax rates on a given workfile apply to the workfile only and do not change rates specified in Tax Profiles settings
- For companies enabled with Centralized Tax Profiles, Tax Profiles settings are managed on cccone.com via Settings > Tax Profiles
- Companies without Centralized Tax Profiles manage tax rates via the desktop application repair facility and claim office profiles
System Reports
Captured Jobs Reports
Shops enabled with Repair Workflow Repair Order Management can now run and view Captured Jobs system reports on cccone.com.
This includes the following reports:
- Captured Jobs Detail
- Captured Jobs Summary (by Age Range)
- Captured Jobs Summary (by Estimator)
- Captured Jobs Summary (by Gender)
- Captured Jobs Summary (by Insurance Company)
- Captured Jobs Summary (by Opportunity Source)
- Captured Jobs Summary (by Primary Referral)
- Captured Jobs Summary (by Secondary Referral)
To access reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports
- Click on any of the new reports
