View photos from the Estimate screen
You can now view photos from the workfile Estimate screen on cccone.com. A preview of the primary damage photo has been added in the lower right-hand corner of the Estimate screen. Clicking the photo will open the Photos screen, allowing you to view the vehicle damage photos for the workfile.
- Open a workfile to the Estimate tab
- Click on the primary damage photo preview in the lower right-hand corner of the screen
The primary damage photo preview is available on all three tabs in the Estimate screen - Estimate, Source Parts, and Advisor

Photo Zoom in Jumpstart
In the Jumpstart Estimate screen, you can now click on a vehicle damage photo to zoom in on the photo.
- Open a workfile to the Estimate tab
- Select the Jumpstart estimate button
- In the Jumpstart screen, click anywhere on the vehicle damage photo
Clicking anywhere on the photo will zoom in. While zoomed, you can move the mouse to zoom in on different parts of the photo. Click the photo again to zoom out.
