Customer photos
Customer photos are now available on insurance photo assignments. When opening a photo assignment on cccone.com, an alert is displayed stating customer photos are available. Simply click the View button and a new browser window opens displaying customer photos.
Customer photos can also be accessed from the workfile Photos tab. Click the View button on the “Additional photos…” banner displayed at the top of the screen.

Insurance Bulletins
The list of insurance bulletins may now be filtered by location. Bulletins for all locations are listed by default.
To view bulletins for a specific location:
- Click on the menu button in the upper left corner and select Settings
- Select the Insurance Bulletins tile
- Click the All Locations button on the right side of the toolbar
- Select a new location
The screen refreshes to only show bulletins for the selected location. Additionally, filter settings are retained while paging through results and viewing bulletin details.
