Here’s what’s new in cccone.com 2021.11.12 release for Repair Facilities.

Note: The availability of the features listed below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.

Convert to Repair Order

Shops with Repair Management can now convert opportunities to repair orders on cccone.com.

To convert an opportunity to a repair order:

1. Open an existing opportunity to the Estimate screen
2. Click the Convert to RO button in the toolbar above the estimate total

NOTE: This action is only available to users with both Create and edit workfiles and Convert opportunity to repair order permissions.

Edit PDR Rates

Shops with the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) feature can update PDR rates within the workfile. Edit details in the current PDR rate table or use Update PDR Rates to apply a new rate table to the workfile.

To access PDR rates on the workfile:

1. Open a workfile and click the More menu on the left side of the screen
2. Select the Rates option
3. Click on the Paintless Dent Repair tab

NOTE: Only users with Create and edit workfiles permission may edit PDR rates on the workfile.
