Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2025.11.21 for Repair Facilities.

Workfiles
Add Manual Alternative Parts
Shops now have the ability to add manual alternative parts to the estimate on cccone.com. When using Source Parts, you can now add a manual Aftermarket, Optional OEM, Reconditioned, or Recycled part alternative.
To add a manual part alternative:
- Open a workfile with estimate lines to edit
- Go to the Estimate screen, then click the Source Parts tab
- Click the green tag displayed on the part line you want to update
- In the Source Parts screen, click Add manual
- Select the part type you want to add
- Enter part details then click Next or Done
The selected estimate line will be updated with your manual alternative including price and labor details. For recycled parts, it will also include any applied markup or selected add time.
Notes:
- User must have the following permission to edit the estimate: Create and edit workfiles
State Farm Vehicle Option Report (VOR) Form
Users can now save and print the Vehicle Option Report (VOR) on cccone.com for State Farm Insurance assignments. When the VOR form is added to the workfile and printed, a PDF copy of the form is added to workfile attachments. The attachment is automatically set to share with insurance company and cannot be unshared. Prior to printing the VOR form, the user may save the form as a draft to the workfile and finished later.
To access this feature:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Select a State Farm Insurance assignment from the search screen
- Once inside the Workfile, click the menu button in the upper left corner of the screen
- Select the New menu, then select Form
- Select the Vehicle Option Report, then click OK
- Edit the form as needed, then click Save and Print
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to access forms on workfiles: Create, view, and print correspondence
- Only State Farm Insurance assignments will include the Vehicle Option Report in the list of available forms
- When the Vehicle Option Report is saved and printed or reprinted, a workfile event is logged to event history
- If there are no forms available, the Forms button will be hidden in the backstage New menu
System Reports
Sales Reports
Shops enabled with Repair Workflow Repair Order Management can now run and view the following sales related system reports on cccone.com:
- Job Cost Summary (by Repair Order)
- Sales Forecast
- Sales Journal
- Sales Journal (Canceled Repair Orders)
- Sales Profit Summary
- Sales Canceled RO Job Cost (by Repair Order)
- Warranty Internal Job Cost (by Repair Order)
To access reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports
- Click on any of the new reports, then update filters and click Apply
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to access Captured Jobs Summary reports: Repair Workflow Repair Order Management
- User must have the following security permission to access Captured Jobs Summary reports: View sales reports
Diagnostics
Improved Error Messaging
We've improved messaging displayed to the user when getting diagnostic procedures on cccone.com and no results are returned from a connected provider.
When the provider returns no results, the following message is displayed:
No procedures returned by [provider name].
Sometimes the call to get procedures from a connected provider takes time. If results are not returned within the expected timeframe, the following message is displayed:
Your request is taking longer than expected. Please try again in a few minutes.
In this case the messaging includes a link to retry the call to get procedures from the provider.
To access this feature:
- Open a workfile on cccone.com
- Go to the Estimate screen, then click Diagnostics in the toolbar
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to access access diagnostic procedures on the workfile: CCC Diagnostics or Calibration Guidelines
- User must have the following security permission to add a diagnostic procedures to the workfile: Workfiles - Create and edit workfiles
- The Review diagnostic procedures window may be accessed on the workfile as many times as needed/desired
- Procedures from a provider will only be returned when the shop has a diagnostic scan device configured with ADAS services enabled
- For shops enabled with Calibration Guidelines, workfile must be an assignment (Open Shop, DRP, or externalized workfile) and the insurance company on the workfile must be configured with a scan provider to view diagnostic procedures
Advance Fees
New Fee Request Email
Whenever a salvage fee request is sent to a shop, CCC ONE will automatically email the shop with instructions on how to view and process the total loss request from the salvage company.
To complete the request:
- Log in to your CCC ONE account at www.cccone.com.
- Navigate to the Action Center on your Home Screen.
- Click on the "Salvage" tab to view and respond to the request.
Notes:
- The email used will be the shops primary email address. If no primary email address is configured, the email will not be sent
- Users must have the following permissions to submit Advance Fees on the workfile: Workfiles - Create and edit workfiles
General Application
Increased Timeout Period
We have extended the period of time before a user is automatically logged out of cccone.com. Previously, logout would occur after 20 minutes of inactivity. Now, logout will occur after 1 hour of inactivity on the website.
View License Information
We've added a License info option to the user menu on cccone.com. This option provides the user with quick access to their shop location name, license number, and user ID. Additionally, a Share screen link is available to aid support activities when the user calls CCC Customer Support for assistance.
To access this feature:
- Log into cccone.com
- Click the user menu in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
- Select License info
Notes:
- The License info menu option is available to all uses with access to cccone.com
- When user has access to multiple locations within an MSO, shop location name and license number displayed corresponds to the shop location the user is currently logged into
