Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2025.12.12 for Repair Facilities.

Workfiles
Event Created Date
Users can now see a new Event column labeled "Created Date" in workfiles on cccone.com. This new column helps the shop user identify the actual date on which the event was created. Additionally, the "Date/Time" column has been renamed to "Event Date" for clarity.
To view the Events tab on a workfile, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Workfiles on cccone.com
- Click the Events tab
- View the Events grid
Notes:
- User must have either workfile edit or view permission to open a workfile on cccone.com
- "Created Date" column appears as the first column in the events list
- "Created Date" column appears in the following events screen sub-views: Events, Required, Parts, Payments
System Reports
Accounting
Shops enabled with Repair Workflow Repair Order Management can now run and view the following accounting-related system reports on cccone.com:
- Accounts Receivable Aging Summary
- Credit Card Device History
- Credit Card Exceptions - Unreconciled: CCCONE
- Credit Card Exceptions - Unreconciled: Clearent
- Credit Card Transactions - Settled
- Locations Using Lock Periods
- Receipts
- Sales Tax Detail
- Sales Tax Summary
- Sales Tax Tier Detail
- Work in Process (by Repair Order - Labor Clocked/Assigned)
- Work in Process (by Repair Order - Labor Clocked/Paid)
- Work in Process (by Sales - Labor Clocked/Assigned)
- Work in Process (by Sales - Labor Clocked/Paid)
To access reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports
- Click on any of the new reports, then update filters and click Apply
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to access accounting reports: Repair Workflow Repair Order Management
- User must have the following security permission to access accounting reports: View accounting reports
UpdatePlus
Web View Settings
UpdatePlus Web View settings on cccone.com now includes an additional option for controlling when estimate details are visible to customers on Carwise. This enhancement provides more flexibility for shops in sharing information with consumers.
The following options now exist:
- All estimates - Provides visibility to estimate details on Carwise for all estimates, preliminary and locked
- Locked estimates or estimate where repair started - Provides visibility to estimate detail once the estimate is locked or the Repairs Started milestone has been completed on the workfile
- Locked estimates only - Provides visibility to estimate detail only after the estimate or supplement is locked
To access Web View settings on cccone.com:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Search for and select UpdatePlus
- Select the Web View tab
- Update settings for Share estimate details with consumers for..., then click Save
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to access UpdatePlus settings: UpdatePlus or CCC Engage
- User must have the following security permission to edit UpdatePlus settings: Edit repair facility profile
- To access sharing settings, shop must first enabled Share web view of estimate
- The option labeled Locked estimate or estimates where repair started was previously labeled "Lock estimates only" - terminology of this option was updated to clearly reflect existing behavior
- The option labeled Locked estimates only is new and will only share details with customers when the estimate or supplement is locked.
