Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2026.01.15 for Repair Facilities.

Workfiles
Event Sorting
When events detail within the workfile, shops can now sort event columns in both ascending and descending order by simply clicking the column title.
To sort event columns on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open a Workfile
- Select Events
- Click on any of the column titles to sort
Click once to sort by the column. Clicking again on the same column label will reverse the sort order of the data displayed.
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to open workfiles: Create and edit workfiles or Search and view (read-only) workfiles.
Settings
Digital Wallet
Digital Wallet settings on cccone.com now include the ability to select adjustment receipt types under Salvage payment receipts settings.
To access this enhancement:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Select Digital Wallet
- Configure Salvage payment receipts
- Select the Receipts Type menu
Notes:
- Digital Wallet settings are available to shops with or without Repair Workflow
- User must have the following security permission to access Digital Wallet settings: Manage Digital Wallet
System Reports
Accounting
Shops enabled with Repair Workflow Repair Order Management can now run and view the following accounting-related system reports on cccone.com:
- Accounts Receivable Detail
- Accounts Receivable Work In Process Detail
To access reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports
- Select category = Accounting
- Click on any of the new reports, then update filters and click Apply
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to access accounting reports: Repair Workflow Repair Order Management
- User must have the following security permission to access accounting reports: View accounting reports
Estimating
Shops now have the ability to view an additional Estimating report on cccone.com. This includes the following report:
- Repair vs. Replace Report
To access Estimating reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports
- Select category = Estimating
- Click on the new report, then update filters and click Apply
Notes:
- Shop must have Repair Workflow Repair Order Management enabled to access the Repair vs. Replace Report
- User must have the following security permission to access the estimating report: View estimating reports
Parts Management
The following Parts Management reports are now available to run on cccone.com:
- Vendors (Active - All Locations) Report
To access Parts Management reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports
- Select category = Parts Management
- Click on any of the new reports, then update filters and click Apply
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to access Parts Management reports: View parts management reports
Production
Shops now have the ability to view the following Production reports on cccone.com:
- Repair Orders Closed Report
- Repair Orders Delivered Not Closed Report
- Repair Orders Due Report
- Vehicles Delivered Report
- Vehicles Scheduled In Report
- Vehicles Scheduled Out Report
To access Production reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports
- Select category = Production
- Click on any of the new reports, then update filters and click Apply

- Shop must have Repair Workflow Production Management to access Production reports
- User must have the following security permission to access Production reports: View production reports
