Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2026.01.30 for Repair Facilities.
Note: The availability of the features below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
Diagnostics
Recommendation Updates
The following enhancements have been made for shops utilizing diagnostic recommendations:
Request for recommendations now includes line labor hours
Recommendations returned now includes the provider-defined description
When selecting the Diagnostics action, CCC ONE provides detailed estimate information to configured scan providers so the provider can return more precise recommendations. This data now includes estimate line labor hours.
When procedures are returned by the scan provider, the Review Diagnostic Procedures window now displays the provider-defined description in results returned. Previously, all procedures were mapped to one of the 23 diagnostic operations listed in the MOTOR database. When adding a procedure to the estimate, the provider-defined description is also used to populate the estimate line description.
To access the Review Diagnostic Procedures screen:
- Open a workfile with a standard vehicle
- Go to the Estimate screen, then click Diagnostics in the toolbar
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to access diagnostic procedures on the workfile: CCC Diagnostics or Calibration Guidelines
- User must have the following permission to edit the workfile: Create and edit workfile
- Procedures from a provider will only be returned when the shop has a diagnostic scan device configured with ADAS services enabled
- For shops enabled with Calibration Guidelines, workfile must be an assignment (Open Shop or DRP) and the insurance company on the workfile must be configured with a scan provider to view diagnostic procedures
- Estimate line description is limited to 60 characters
- If provider recommendations do not include a provider-defined description, the MOTOR database description for the diagnostic operation will be used
Consumer Financing
Configuration
CCC ONE has launched consumer financing features in collaboration with Sunbit, enabling shops to offer flexible payment plans for vehicle repairs. This setup allows customers to finance their repairs and pay over time, while shops receive payment upfront from Sunbit.
To get started with consumer financing, shops need to onboard with Sunbit through cccone.com. This process involves collecting company details, information about a business representative, and secure bank account details, all managed by Sunbit.
To enable consumer financing on cccone.com, follow these steps:
- Log in to cccone.com
- In the upper right-hand corner, click the User Menu
- In the menu, select Settings
- On the Settings page, search for and select Payments
- In the Payments screen, scroll to Consumer Financing and click Configure.
- On the main consumer financing page review the description details, then click REGISTER to launch the Sunbit registration form.
- Shop needs to complete the required details. Shops can pause and resume by clicking Continue later.
- Once submitted, Sunbit will review and activate the shop.
Notes:
- User must have the following permissions:
Edit Repair Facility Profile — to configure Consumer Financing settings
Create and Edit Workfiles — to launch Consumer Financing from inside a workfile
- All shops with Consumer Financing enabled have access to send consumers pre-qualification and checkout links from CCC ONE (refer to CCC Consumer Financing Guide).
- Shops with UpdatePlus Web View enabled may provide consumers with direct access to pre-qualification and checkout options via the Web Estimate View (refer to CCC Consumer Financing Guide)
Sunbit SDK
Integration with Sunbit allows shops to send pre-qualification and payment links directly to consumers from cccone.com. Additionally, shop users will have improved visibility into the consumer's stage in the financing process.
Integrating this SDK into CCC ONE eliminates dependency on CCC® UpdatePlus in order to use consumer financing features. As a result, all CCC Estimating & Repair shops can access and use these features.
To send a customer a pre-qualification URL outside of the workfile, follow these steps:
- Log in to cccone.com
- In the upper left-hand corner, click the Menu
- In the menu, select Workfiles > Workfiles or select Workfiles > Messages
- Select New Message in the toolbar, then select Customer
- Select the Link for finance pre-qualification option, then click Next
- This will open the Sunbit screen, allowing you to confirm the customer's details and share the link.
To send a pre-qualification or payment link to a consumer from a workfile, follow these steps:
- Log in to cccone.com
- In the upper left-hand corner, click the Menu
- In the menu, select Workfiles > Workfiles
- In the Workfiles search page, click on a workfile and view the preview panel, then Click Consumer Finance
- Inside the workfile, on the Contacts tab or on the File Menu > Actions, click Consumer Finance
- This will open the Sunbit screen, allowing you to send payment plans or a payment link directly to the customer
Notes:
- User must have the following permissions:
Edit Repair Facility Profile — to configure Consumer Financing settings
Create and Edit Workfiles — to launch Consumer Financing from inside a workfile
