Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2026.02.13 for Repair Facilities.

Central Review
Quality Recommendations
Repair facilities on cccone.com that utilize the Central Review API can now provide estimators with Quality Recommendations prior to locking the estimate on cccone.com. When this occurs, the estimator can view and apply recommendations before locking the estimate.
To access this Feature:
Write an estimate on cccone.com, then select Lock on the Estimate screen
Confirm the estimator for the workfile, then click Next
After Advisor results are displayed, click Next
Review Quality Recommendations if returned
Select items to add to the estimate, then click Apply & Edit
Selected items are applied to the estimate. The estimate remains in a preliminary state so further updates can be made.
If needed, go to the Notes tab to view the Internal Review Notes returned in the Quality Recommendations screen. When all necessary updates are complete, lock the estimate again.
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to utilize the Central Review API: Central Review
- Back-end activation of the following Feature is required: Enable Central Review API
- User must have the following security permission to edit workfiles: Create and edit workfiles
- User must have the following security permission to lock estimates: Lock estimates and supplements
- Apply & Edit will apply selected items to the estimate without locking the estimate
- Apply & Lock will apply selected items to the estimate, then attempt to lock the estimate
- If the estimate triggers Central Review, estimate lock is cancelled, and the workfile is routed for review to the appropriate Central Review worklist
Valuation
View Valuation Reports
Shops now have access to total loss valuation reports on the workfile in cccone.com. When a valuation request is submitted, a valuation report may be returned when vehicle valuation is completed. When this occurs, the following reports are available to view on the workfile:
Market Valuation Summary
Market Valuation Report
To access these reports in cccone.com:
- Open a workfile where valuation request status = Valued
- Select the workfile menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
- Select the Open menu
- Under the Total Loss section, click on the desired report
When the report is selected, a new tab or window is opened in the browser displaying the report. From there, you can download or print the report as desired.
Notes:
- User must have one of the following permissions to access valuation reports on the workfile: Create and edit workfiles OR Search and view (read-only) workfiles
- Visibility to valuation reports is controlled by the carrier - reports are only returned to the workfile if the carrier permits shop access to valuation results
System Reports
Estimating Reports
Shops now have the ability to view additional Estimating reports on cccone.com. This includes the following reports:
- Checklist Detail Report
To access Estimating reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports
- Select category = Estimating
- Click on any of the new reports, then update filters and click Apply
Notes:
- Shop must have Checklists enabled to access the Checklist Detail Report
- User must have the following security permission to access estimating reports: View estimating reports
Secure Share
Featured Apps
The Secure Share Marketplace now highlights featured apps. Featured apps appear at the top of the screen with a larger display card providing better visibility. Once the app is activated for the shop, the app is removed from the Featured section. Be on the look out for new apps on Secure Share!
To access the Secure Share Marketplace:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Select Secure Share
- Select the Marketplace tab
Notes:
- User must have the following security permissions to edit Secure Share settings: Edit repairer profiles or Edit repair facility profiles
- Featured apps will also appear in the standard list of available apps below the Featured section
- Once an app is added to the shop location, the app is removed from Marketplace and appears under My Apps
