Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2026.02.27 for Repair Facilities.
Note: The availability of the features below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
Settings
Repair Facility Profile
In preparation for upcoming feature functionality, the user interface for the Repair Facility Profile screen in settings has been updated. When viewing or editing the repair facility profile, you'll now find information in a tabbed view.
- General - Shop information including address, contact information, company and facility details.
- Estimating - Location specific settings for estimating features including workfile numbering and image rules
To access the Repair Facility Profile:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Select Repair Facility Profile
- Click View or Configure on the Repair Facility card
- Stay on the General tab to view or edit general shop location information
- Select the Estimating tab to view or edit estimating related settings
Notes:
- User must have one of the following security permission to access repair facility profile settings:
- Search and view (read-only) profiles
- Edit repair facility profile
- Repairer companies with more than one location and Centralized Taxes enabled will also find a link to edit tax rate profiles on the Estimating tab
- Only shops enabled with Repair Workflow features will find the Shop Management tab in the repair facility profile for related settings
Shop Management Settings
Shops now have the ability to edit the following location specific Shop Management settings on cccone.com:
- Opportunity Settings - automated clean up of specific opportunity workfiles
- Sales Recognition - how sales are recognized; by repair order close or vehicle delivered dates
- Lock Period - settings to prevent specific actions after the accounting period is closed (e.g., new receipts for the prior month)
These settings were previously only available to manage within the desktop application. Now these settings can be editing in either application.
To access the Repair Facility Profile:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Select Repair Facility Profile
- Click View or Configure on the Repair Facility card
- Select the Shop Management tab to edit shop management related settings
- Select Edit on the Opportunity Settings card to change selections
- Select Edit on the Sales Recognition card to change the selection
- Select Edit on the Lock Period card to update accounting period lock settings
Notes:
- User must have one of the following security permission to access repair facility profile settings:
- Search and view (read-only) profiles
- Edit repair facility profile
System Reports
Customer
Shops now have the ability to view additional Customer reports on cccone.com.
This includes the following reports:
- Lobby Form Detail
- Instant Repair Cost Prediction
To access reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports,
- Click on any of the new reports, then update filters and click Apply
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to access customer reports: Customer Reports - View Customer Reports
Estimating
Shops now have the ability to view additional Estimating reports on cccone.com.
This includes the following reports:
- Diagnostic Opportunity Detail - Vehicles Delivered
To access reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports,
- Click on any of the new reports, then update filters and click Apply
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to access estimating reports: Estimating - View estimating reports
Sales
Shops now have the ability to view additional Sales reports on cccone.com.
This includes the following reports:
- OEM Part Cost (By Make)
To access reports on cccone.com:
- Log in to cccone.com
- Open the main menu and select Performance > Reports
- Select System Reports
- Click on any of the new reports, then update filters and click Apply
Notes:
- User must have the following security permission to access sales reports: Sales - View sales reports
Payroll
Search Screens
Sort-by-column functionality has been updated in Pay Period search and Paysheet search screens. Previously, you clicked a "Sort by" button in the toolbar and selected the column to sort. Now, simply click on the column name to sort column data in ascending or descending order.
To access this feature:
- Log into cccone.com
- In the main menu, select Payroll
- Select either Pay Periods or Paysheets
- Click on a column name to update sort order
Notes:
- Shop must be licensed with the following product to access payroll features: Repair Workflow Labor Management
- User must have the following permission to access pay periods and paysheets: Create, search, view, and edit pay periods
