Settings
Valuation IDs
Shops now have the ability to manage valuation IDs on cccone.com. In CCC ONE Desktop, this information is managed in claim office profiles under the repair facility location. For Multi-Shop Organizations (MSOs), this means managing IDs in potentially hundreds of claim office profiles across repair facility locations.
In cccone.com, valuation IDs are managed within insurance company settings at the repair facility level. This allows MSOs to more easily manage valuation IDs across the organization. When a valuation ID is added to the insurance company, the valuation ID is available for use regardless of the claim office specified on the workfile.
To access these settings:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Select Insurance Companies
- Select an insurance company in the list, then click Open
- Scroll down the screen to Valuation IDs, then click Configure
- Add or Edit valuation IDs as needed
Notes:
- Back-end activation is required to manage valuation IDs on cccone.com
- When activated, existing valuation ID settings are automatically converted for the shop location - existing valuation IDs from all claim offices are consolidated into a single list under the insurance company
- Once converted, users can no longer edit valuation IDs in CCC ONE Desktop - settings redirect to cccone.com for edit
- User must have the following security permission to edit valuation IDs: Edit claim office profiles
