Settings
Repair Plan Phases
Repair Plan Phases configuration enables collision repair facilities to define and manage a centralized list of phase names used when configuring and editing repair plans on cccone.com. Centralized phases help standardize production tracking, improve reporting accuracy, and support consistent workflows across locations.
Create and Configure Repair Plan Phases
Authorized users can create and manage Repair Plan Phases from the Production Management settings area.
To create repair plan phases:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Select Production Management
- Select Configure on the Repair Phase Names card
- Add and edit phases as desired
- Select Save to validate and apply changes
View and Use Repair Plan Phases
When Repair Plan Phases are configured, users must select phase names from the defined list when creating or editing repair plans. Repair plan phases are used in the following areas:
- Location level repair plan template configuration
- Repair plans selected on the workfile
When centralized repair plan phases are configured, users must select a phase from the defined list as new repair phases are added to repair plans and/or repair plan templates.
Notes
- Repair facilities must be licensed with the following product to access this feature: Repair Workflow Production Management
- Users must have Edit repair profile permission to access and modify Repair Plan Phases
- Users must have Edit repair facility profile to access and manage location level repair plan templates
- Users must have Create, edit, delete, and recalculate repair plan permission to modify repair plans on the workfile
- Centralized repair plan phase settings are repairer company level and apply to all locations within the organization
- When no phases are defined in Repair Plan Phases settings, users manually enter the phase name as new phases are added to repair plans and/or location level repair plan templates
Production Boards
Company Boards
Multi‑shop operators (MSOs) can now create Company Boards in Production Boards to centrally configure and share fixed boards across multiple locations. Company Boards help standardize production tracking while allowing locations to work with the board in the same way they do with shop boards.
Create and Configure Company Boards
Authorized users can enable an existing shop Production Board as a Company Board and assign locations access.
To create a company board:
- Go to Production Boards on cccone.com
- Create new board or edit an existing board at the shop location
- Configure the board’s Overview, Columns, Cards, and Grouping/Filtering settings
- Select the Company Board tab
- Set the Enable company board switch to on
- Assign locations access
- Select Apply to save and publish the Company Board
Once settings are applied, the Company Board is available to all assigned locations.
View and Use Company Boards
When at least one company board exists, the Production Boards list will group available boards in sections - Company Boards vs. Shop Boards. Simply select a board from the list to view.
While some configuration features are limited, daily use of a company board is the same as a shop board. You can:
- Search for repair orders by keyword
- Open repair order details from cards
- Move cards within and across columns
- Update repair plan details directly from the board
- Generate a share URL to display on other devices
Manage Company Boards
Users with the appropriate permission can manage company boards assigned to any location they can access. This includes creating new company boards and updating existing ones. When updating a company board, the following applies:
- Edit: Updates made to a Company Board apply to all assigned locations when Apply is selected.
- Disable: Removes the Company Board from all assigned locations except the current login location, where it is converted to a shop board.
- Delete: Permanently removes the Company Board from all locations.
A confirmation prompt is displayed before applying changes to, disabling, or deleting a company board.
Notes:
- Repairer company must have the following licensed product to access Production Boards: Repair Workflow Production Management
- Repairer company must have more than one location to access Company Boards functionality
- User must have the following security permission to access Production Boards: Production - View the production schedule dashboard
- User must have the following security permission to manage Company Boards: Production - Create, edit, and delete company boards
- Company Boards requires configuration of Centralized Repair Plan Phases
- User's ability to generate a share URL for a company board is dependent on configuration of company board settings
- If you are unable to access this feature, back-end configuration may be required for your company
Receipts
Search Receipts
Shops with Repair Workflow Repair Order Management now have the ability to manage receipts on cccone.com. A receipt is a record of payment received on a repair order. Users with appropriate now have the ability to search for receipts created within CCC ONE.
To access this feature:
- Select the main menu button in the upper left corner of the screen
- Select Accounting, then select Receipts
Within the search screen, users can sort results by clicking a column header. Click once to sort records in ascending order. Click again to sort descending.
Additionally, users can customize the columns displayed in search results. Click the Settings button in the upper corner, right-hand side of the toolbar. You can choose which columns to show or hide as well as set the display order of columns on the screen.

- Shop must be licensed with the following product to access this feature: Repair Workflow Repair Order Management
- User must have one of the following security permission to access this feature:
- Create, search, view, and void receipts
- Accounting Dashboard – Manage all aspects of accounting from a single dashboard
Create & Edit Receipts
Shops with Repair Workflow Repair Order Management now have the ability to create new receipts and edit existing ones on cccone.com.
To create new receipts:
- Search for and open a repair order workfile
- On the left side of the screen, select the Receipts button
- Select Add Receipt
- Enter receipt information, then Save
To edit existing receipts:
- Open a repair order workfile to edit
- On the left side of the screen, select the Receipts button
- Select a receipt from the list of receipts on the workfile to view details
- Select Edit in the toolbar
- Edit receipt information, then Save

- User must have one of the following security permission to access this feature:
- Create, search, view, and void receipts

Secure Share
Image Sharing
The Secure Share Marketplace now allows image sharing on configured apps. Image sharing settings can be configured as part of the app onboarding via Secure Share.
To access the Secure Share Marketplace:
- Go to Settings on cccone.com
- Select Secure Share
- Select the Marketplace tab
- Onboard application and select image sharing on step 2, Settings
Notes:
- User must have the following security permissions to edit Secure Share settings: Edit repairer profiles or Edit repair facility profiles
- Only apps configured to support image sharing will include the image sharing setting
