Workfiles
Links to Frame, Tire, Other Charges & Part Codes
Users can now access the Part Code Table, Tires, Other Charges, and Frame Sheet directly from the parts database, even when no vehicle is selected on the workfile. This enhancement enables users to quickly add components in estimates for vehicles lacking detailed estimating data.
Access from the Parts Database
The following options are now always available in Groups regardless of vehicle selection on the workfile:
- Tire – Launches the existing “Select a tire” fly-out
- Frame Sheet – Launches the existing “Frame damage” fly-out
- Other Charges – Launches the existing “Add other charges” fly-out
- Part Codes – Launches the existing “Add line by part code” fly-out
Notes
- User must have the following security permission to add estimate lines and access the part selector: Create and edit workfiles
Send Email
Users can now select a "Reply To" contact when using the workfile Send feature to send workfile print reports via email to contacts on the workfile. This update gives users better control over email replies by choosing between the shop location or the estimator as the reply-to email address.
Reply To Field
When sending emails, a Reply To drop-down is available with the following options (only if email addresses are configured):
- Shop – Displays the shop location name and primary email address
- Estimator – Displays estimator
The email address defaults to Shop email. If the Shop email is not available, it defaults to the Estimator. If neither email exists, the field is hidden and the existing backend reply-to logic functions as it does today.

- Select the menu button in the upper left corner of the screen
- Select the Send menu on the left side of the screen

From Customer Communication settings, users can:

- Copy message templates across locations using the Copy Templates Wizard
Message Templates support dynamic fields such as Customer Name, Vehicle Information, Estimator Name, Estimate Total, and key milestone dates. Character limits and required‑field validation are enforced before templates can be saved.
For multi‑shop organizations (MSOs), Copy Template enables users to select templates to copy to target locations. Templates are copied without overwriting existing ones, and results clearly indicate success or failure by location.
