Here's what's new in cccone.com release 2026.06.12 for Repair Facilities.
Note: The availability of the features below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
Diagnostics
Calibration Recommendations Availability
CCC shops without Diagnostic Workflow now have broader access to calibration recommendations. These shops now have the convenience of scan-provider recommendations for vehicle-specific calibration operations, without any further conditions needed.
To view calibration recommendations:
- Open a workfile in cccone.com that you can edit
- Navigate to the Estimate tab
- Ensure you are on the estimate lines view
- Select Diagnostics from the Estimate tab toolbar
- Review calibration recommendations returned from the configured scan provider in the Review Diagnostic Procedures fly-out
Selected operations are added to the estimate. In addition, the related ADAS report from the scan provider is automatically downloaded and saved to workfile Attachments.
Notes:
- When a shop has no scan providers configured and clicks the Diagnostic button, a prompt is displayed informing the user to configure scan providers.
- The following licensed feature is no longer required to retrieve calibration recommendations: Diagnostic Calibration Guidelines
- Insurance company configuration of the scan provider is no longer required to retrieve calibration recommendations
- Calibration recommendations are available on manual workfiles and assignment workfiles
- Calibration recommendations are only available on workfiles where the estimate is written in CCC ONE (not available on workfiles created from estimate EMS imported from another estimate application)
- User must have the following security permission to access calibration recommendations on the workfile: Workfiles – Create and edit workfiles
- Access to calibration recommendations does not grant access to other features enabled with CCC Diagnostic Workflow (i.e., the Diagnostic Dashboard, Manual Scan Events, and Shop Procedures)
Calibration Recommendations Data
Shops enabled with CCC Diagnostics have the convenience of scan-provider recommendations for vehicle-specific calibration operations. CCC ONE is providing more detailed workfile information so that scan providers can return more precise recommendations. CCC ONE is now sending the insurance company and assignment flag to the scan provider along with the shop's request for calibration recommendations.
To realize the benefit of this feature:
- Open a workfile with a standard vehicle specified
- On the Estimate screen, click Diagnostics to retrieve applicable diagnostic procedures
- Rows with a purple “pulse” icon indicate calibrations recommended by the scan provider
Notes
Each time the Diagnostics action is triggered, calibration recommendations may appear
Calibration recommendations are contingent on scan provider participation - some scan providers may not support calibration recommendations
This change should result in more accurate calibration recommendations received from the scan provider.
Updated ADAS Report Retrieval
When shops retrieve calibration recommendations from a connected scan provider, a vehicle-specific ADAS Report from the provider is automatically downloaded. The following updates were made regarding the ADAS Report:
Multiple ADAS Reports
Previously, only one ADAS Report for the latest scan was retained. Now, the latest ADAS Report is saved to workfile Attachments for each unique scan provider used to retrieve calibration recommendations on the workfile. For example, if you got calibration recommendations from "Provider A" and "Provider B", then you may find two reports on the workfile. One for each provider.
Delete Report
Previously, the ADAS Report could not be deleted. Now, the ADAS Report may be deleted from workfile Attachments if desired.
To access this feature:
- Open a workfile with a vehicle, then click Diagnostics
- Review diagnostic procedures and add to estimate as desired
- Click the Attachments tab on the workfile
- Open the ADAS Report attachment to view report details
- Right click the ADAS Report and select Delete, if desired
Notes:
- Each time a scan provider returns an updated ADAS Report, it will be saved to Attachments, overwriting any previous version of the report from the same provider.
- The maximum number of ADAS Reports saved to the Attachments will align with the total number of ADAS-configured scan providers
- The ADAS Report will be named as "ADAS Reports - [Scan Provider Name]"
- ADAS Report attachments do not impact the total attachments size constraints on the workfile
Receipts
Consumer Payments
Shops with Repair Workflow Repair Order Management now have the ability to accept payments and create receipts from credit card payment devices connected with CCC ONE. When creating receipts for configured receipt types, a "Pay Now" button appears on the receipt screen. Clicking "Pay Now" establishes the connection with the configured device so you can process the payment from the customer. When processing completes, the receipt is saved to the workfile with corresponding authorization values and surcharges if applicable.
