Here’s what’s new in version 27.0.0.04180 of CCC ONE® Estimating for Repair Facilities.

Insurance Payments
Improved visibility to payment status notifications from insurance companies has been added to the workfile and My Inbox views.
- The Updates column on the workfile search screen now now includes payments status updates
- The workfile Events tab now includes payment status events in the History view
- A Payments view was added to the workfile Events tab showing all payment related activity
- My Inbox now includes a Payments view specifically for payment notifications from insurance
Payment status updates are sent by the insurance company when a payment is initiated, completed, or failed to process. Notification details include the insurance company name, claim number, payment status, and payment amount.
Payment status updates may only be received on communicated workfiles. In other words, DRP assignments, Open Shop assignments, and workfiles where the estimate was sent to insurance on lock.

Notification Groups
Notification Groups settings have been updated to support payment status notifications from insurance companies. Now you can create notification groups specifically for receiving insurance payment notifications.
To update notification groups to include insurance payments notifications:
- Open the repair facility profile to edit
- Under Basic Settings, select Notification Groups
- Select an existing group from the list or click Add to create a new one
- Choose Insurance Payments from the list of available events
- Specify either All insurance companies or select a specific carrier from the list
- Click OK to save changes to the Notification Group, then Save to update the repair facility profile
To create a notification group that applies to multiple insurance companies, simply add another Insurance Payments event to the list of events. Be sure to specify the additional insurance company on the new event.
NOTE: User must have Edit repair facility permission to update notification groups.
