Here’s what’s new in cccone.com 2022.06.10 release for Repair Facilities.
Note: The availability of the features listed below may vary based on the products licensed by your company.
Data Sharing Settings
Shops can now manage Data Sharing settings on cccone.com. Through Data Sharing settings, shops may share workfile repair status, CSI data, and OEM scorecard data with selected partners.
To access Data Sharing settings:
- From the Settings screen, click Data Sharing
- Click Add or Add Connection
- Select a partner from the list and click OK
- Accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) and click OK
Once the EULA is accepted the connection with the data sharing partner is complete.
NOTE: Only users with Edit repairer profile permission may edit Data Sharing settings.

Marketing Information Settings
Shops can now manage Marketing Information settings on cccone.com. These settings allow shops to capture customer information, such as age or referral source, on the workfile. This information is then available for reporting.
To access Marketing Information settings:
- From the Settings screen, click Marketing Information
- Click Configure on one of the available categories
- Select a row in the list to change display order or activation status
- To add a new item to the list, click Add
- In the add pop-up, enter required information and click OK
- When all changes have been made to the list, click Save
NOTE: Only users with Edit Repairer profile permission may edit Marketing Information settings.

Insurance Companies Settings
Shops now have access to insurance company profiles on cccone.com. Users with appropriate permission may view insurance company details including secondary companies, communicated events, predefined events, and insurance company rules.
To view insurance company profiles:
- From the Settings screen, click Insurance Companies
- Select an insurance company from the list and click Open
- Click View on the Insurance Company category
NOTE: Users with the following permissions may view Insurance Company details:
- Edit repairer profile
- Edit claim office profile
- Search and view read-only profiles

Insurance Scheduling – Hail Appointments
Enhancements to Insurance Scheduling settings now provide shops with the ability to prevent or allow insurance company appointments for hail damage.
To update hail appointment settings: :
- From the Settings screen, click Insurance Companies
- Select an insurance company from the list and click Open
- Click Configure on the Insurance scheduling category
- Click the Locations tab
- Select a shop location from the list and click Edit
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen to enable/disable Hail appointments
NOTE: Only users with the following permissions may edit Insurance Scheduling settings:
- Edit repairer profile
- Edit repair facility profile
- Manage insurance scheduling

Checkout – Margin Display
The checkout screen has been updated to show total margin values as a percent. Previously this was only available at the line item level.
To view margin percent in checkout:
- Open a repair order in cccone.com
- Under the Estimate tab, click Checkout
- Within the Parts Checkout screen, set the toggle above the Margin column to %
All margin values displayed on screen will be rendered as a percentage value. The display setting is also remembered - in other words, margin will continue to display as a percent value until changed to dollars.
