Here’s what’s new in Version 23.8 of CCC Repair Facility for iOS.

Home Screen - My Tasks

There is a new “My Tasks” section on the home screen.  It lists the tasks assigned to the logged in user.  Users can view, edit, complete, and cancel tasks from the home screen. In addition, they can open the related workfile using the link provided in upper right corner of task.   

To access the “My Tasks” on the Home Screen:  

1. Go to the home screen  
2. Scroll to view the My Tasks section  
3. Click a task to view or edit 
4. Click Complete or Cancel to close the task and return to home screen  

NOTE: This section is available to all RF mobile users.

Technician Users - Edit Tasks

Technician users can now view and edit task from within the workfile. These changes include adding notes, changing due dates, and cancelling or completing tasks.   

Also, technician users can now create new tasks from within the workfile.  They may select any task type defined for the organization and assign it to any user.  

To create a new Task: 

1. Click the +Task blue button 
2. Enter task details including Task Type, Assigned To, Due Date and Time 
3. Click Create Task
