Edit Employee Information
Shops may now edit general employee information on cccone.com. This includes employee name, contact information, and active status. You can even add a photo of the employee to the record.
To edit employee information:
- From the Settings screen, click Employees
- Search for and select an employee to edit in the list of employees
- Select the Edit button
- Edit the information displayed in the Employees screen
- Click Save when all updates have been made
Note: Only the information displayed in the Employee screen may be edited at this time. Only users with Create, search, view, edit, and deactivate employees permission may edit employee information.

Managing Invitations
Access to DRP Invitations and OEM Invitations in Action Center are governed by a single security role permission: Manage program invites. You'll find this permission grouped with the other Apps & Partner Integration permissions. When granted this permission, a user may receive and accept network invitations from insurance and OEM partners.
To update security roles with the permission:
- From the Settings screen, click Security Roles
- Search for and select a security role to edit
- Select the Edit button
- Select the Permissions tab
- Select the Manage program invites permission and click Save
Note: Only users with Create, search, view, edit, and delete security roles permission may edit security roles.
