When scanning invoices from an electronically enabled vendor, you can check-in parts via the mobile app. Parts listed for check-in display the following information:
When a part on the scanned invoice is not found on the repair order, a "not found" warning is displayed in place of the repair order part description.
When attempting to receive parts with the "not found" warning, you are prompted to link the part to a line item on the repair order.
| |
Alternatively, you may view part details before marking the item as received. Tapping a part in the list to receive displays the Part Detail screen. In the Part Detail screen the Description field is populated with the vendor part description. The "not found" warning is also displayed. To link the part to a line item on the repair order, tap the magnifier icon in the Description field.
When choosing to link a part, a list of parts from the repair order is displayed. Parts listed include parts that haven’t been received and do not match another part on the scanned invoice. Tap an item in the list to select.
Part details for the linked item are updated.
Once all parts are checked-in, be sure to select the Finish action! This action saves the invoice to CCC ONE, including link part changes. |
