This article describes how to use the Diagnostic Opportunity Detail Report. This report allows you to track diagnostic data such as:
- Which type of diagnostic scan was performed (OEM vs A/M).
- If Diagnostic events have been included on an estimate.
- If a Pre/Post scan is being added to the estimate and billed for at the appropriate moment.
- Ensure revenue is being captured by showing scans that were performed but not billed for.
Accessing the Report
- Login to CCC ONE.
- Click Reports, then select Find Reports. The Reports page opens.
- Select Diagnostic Opportunity Detail under System Reports. The report window opens.
Diagnostic Report
The report gives an overview of various data pertaining an RO’s diagnostic workflow to help assure your shop is in compliance with procedural guidelines. Review the data in the report columns to understand when diagnostic scans are occurring.
The diagnostic report allows you to review:
- If an RO Number with a Vehicle Out Date has an associated Post scan completed.
- Which scan type was performed and at what phase (OEM or A/M).
- When Estimators are marking Pre/Post repair scans as complete in accordance with Vehicle In/Out dates.
Navigating the Report
On the right-side of the Reports window these Report tabs have the following options:
- Filters: Locations, Data Range, Estimator, Insurance Company, Vehicle Make, and Payer.
- Column: Configure how the columns display.
- Layout: Report Layout, Report Style, Orientation, and Page Margins.
- Grouping: Group columns by.
Select the Preview tab to view a PDF of the report.
